Refund policy

All TerraFrames maps are made to order and therefore exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)).

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@terraframes.se with clear photos and we will resolve it promptly, either through a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
