Production Time
Each map is made to order in Sweden. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the European Union (EU) only as well as Iceland/Faroes.
Other destinations cannot be fulfilled at this time.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is free on all orders within the EU.
There are no additional handling or packaging fees.

Packaging
All maps are shipped flat (never rolled) in custom protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery Time
After production, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery through the contact form with clear photos. We’ll make it right, quickly and without fuss.
